Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ReadyClass, a BWstack product. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

ReadyClass provides software for publishing classes and collecting registrations and payments. Businesses are responsible for the classes they offer, their pricing, and fulfilling registrations.

Payments & fees

Payments are processed through your connected Stripe account; ReadyClass does not hold your funds. Subscription plan fees and a per-transaction platform fee apply as described on our pricing page. Stripe's processing fees are separate and charged by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Don't use ReadyClass for unlawful activity, to sell prohibited goods or services, or in any way that violates Stripe's terms. We may suspend workspaces that do.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, BWstack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
